In the year 2000, Hua Sheng Education Centre was established under the leadership of a group of highly experienced teachers who had received their training at NIE (National Institute of Education). With guidance from a former Associate Professor at NIE-NTU, we meticulously crafted our own curriculum and innovative teaching approaches for the Chinese language.
